Our Story
A bit About Us – Optimize Services was officially founded in 2024, but its origins date back to 2020 when I was running a film lab called PicFilm. We often faced equipment failures and breakdowns, causing significant delays in processing film and affecting our customers. With a background in IT and engineering, I decided to tackle these issues head-on. Initially, I worked on solving these problems for other labs while still running PicFilm. However, after a few months, I chose to close the lab and dedicate myself entirely to helping others.
Thus, Optimize Services was born. We began by providing updated and modern services to photo labs, focusing on transforming outdated and unreliable technology into state-of-the-art systems. Our expertise primarily lies in working with Noritsu processors and Fujifilm scanners, ensuring that labs operate smoothly and efficiently every day.
Optimize Services is run by Reiss Jerham and based in sunny Cheshire, North West England. No lab is too far for us; whether by train, plane, or car, we can help you. Since 2022, we have supported numerous labs worldwide, forging strong alliances, including a notable partnership with Mori Film Lab in Belgium.
